Spicy Chopped Ramen Salad
2 Packages Ramen Noodles (or Cup Noodles)
1 cup water
1 cup chopped Lettuce
1 cup chopped Chicken (or other)
1 cup chopped tomatoes
3 table spoons mayonaise
1 tea spoon lime juice
1 tea spoon chili sauce
Pinch of salt and sugar
Boil noodles in 1 cup of water. Separate noodles and water, add Ramen seasoning to water. Rinse noodles under cold water. Add chopped lettuce, chicken, and tomatoes. Mix together seasoned water, mayonaise, lime juice, chili sauce, salt and sugar. Pour over noodles, stir, and enjoy!!
